Plot: Sahadeva Varma runs a cotton mill at Talakona forest. He is an influential and mysterious person whose life is full of turns and twists. A journalist learns about his secret existence and discovers a government scheme that could have severe ramifications.

The Indian National security agencies start searching for Sahadev Varma. What happens to him in the process? Why does the story move to Poland? Find out by watching the movie.

Performances:

Ravi Teja delivers one of his best performances ever. He breathes his life into the character that comes with style. Ravi Teja's fans will surely whistle non-stop for the action blocks and scenes. Anupama Parameswaran grabs the attention of everyone with her stellar performance. Her chemistry with Ravi Teja deserves all the love and support.

Analysis :

Eagle was released in theatres on this date because the film couldn't find a slot in Sankranthi. As per its producer, the postponement is a blessing in disguise.

Writer-director Karthik Gattamneni deserves applause for going beyond his first movie, 'Surya Vs Surya'. He is sharp-witted, much like his characters. He sketches colourful scenes that deliver Hollywood-level impact.

The story of the movie is weak. The film keeps the audience waiting for the ultimate fight. The side characters, the situational humour, and the songs are good. Kavya Thapar is seen in a cute romantic track.

Srinivas Reddy, Ajay Ghosh and several others do comedy. Ravi Teja does emotional acting with intensity and ferocity.

Verdict: Eagle is an ordinary action thriller. Watch it with low expectations to avoid disappointment.
