Why is CM Ramesh included in Chandrababu's entourage?

There is a small, but deeply significant change in Chandrababu's entourage on his Singapore tour beginning on Tuesday. The number of persons accompanying Chandrababu has gone from 12 to 14.

Significantly, one of the two new inclusions is CM Chandrababu Naidu's close acolyte CM Ramesh, who is considered the financial backbone of the TDP.

The budget for Chandrababu's tour is expected to be Rs 1 crore excluding travel expenses. The government has already released around Rs 68 lakhs for the four-day trip.
