RRR is Rajamouli's next magnum opus after Baahubali 1&2 which not only created enormous buzz but also set new benchmark in the history of Indian cinema. Ever since, filmmakers from across industries are trying every trick in the trade to match the record if not break it. Even Salman, Aamir or SRK who are considered box office kings are unable to break the record despite their big ticket releases. Hence, any film's box office record is being dubbed non-Baahubali record. Such is strength of the Rajamouli film, that the records are unbeatable. Perhaps Rajamouli alone has to come up with another movie to beat his own record.

His next film is titled RRR and expectaions have skyrocketed. Rajamouli too is making every effort to beat the expectations or even surpass themn as he knows that people are now expecting much from him after his Baahubali and the comparison would become inevitable.

In the first press conference that the filmmaker held to announce the launch of the film, reveal the plot and also introduce the actors, Rajamouli said that he always beleived in making movies that were larger than life. Why not? The budget of RRR is said to be Rs 300 crores as revealed by Danayya and true to his word, the latest buzz will send fans into a tizzy.

If a latest buzz doing the rounds is any indication, then Rajamouli is spending a whopping 40 crores for one key scene in the movie. This involves the work of some 100 artistes and will be shot over a period of a month! If you haven't already guessed it, let me tell you ..this is is going to the interval scene. So one can only imagine how powerful it will be.

RRR features Ram Charan as Telugu freedom fighter Alluri Sitharamaraju while Jr NTR will play Komaram Bheem. The film also features Alia Bhatt opposite Charan while the makers are still on the lookout for a female lead to play NTR's heroine after Hollywood actress Daisy Edger Jones walked out of the movie. It remains to be seen who will step into Daisy's shoes. Nithya Menen's name has been doing the rounds for quite some time now. But let's wait to hear from the horse's mouth.

For now, we are still trying to digest the fact that Rajamouli is spending a whopping 40 crores on just one scene. Goosebumps, yeah?

RRR release date is said to be July 2020.
