Former IPS officer, RS Praveen Kumar joined BSP and is not leaving any stone unturned to comment on KCR's governance. Praveen Kumar, a 1995 batch IPS officer took voluntary retirement after 26 years of service. He worked as Secretary of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TSWREIS). He joined the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) at the 'Bahujana Rajyadikara Sankalpa Sabha,' in the presence of its national coordinator and leaders in August.

In the Bahujana Rajyadikara Sankalpa Sabha, Praveen said that Pragathi Bhavan is not far away, they can also step in. He criticized KCR for launching the Dalita Bandhu scheme. He stated that "The schemes are our constitutional right, not your charity. The Rs 1000 crore belongs to the weaker sections who tilled the lands. If you have any love towards us, spend your own money on us."

RS Praveen Kumar made strong comments on KCR who invited SC leaders for lunch. He said that on one hand, KCR had lunch with SC leaders whereas, on the other hand, KCR stopped the promotions of SCs and STs. He said that many conspiracies are going on in the Secretariat. He took to his Twitter and shared a photo in which one could see KCR having lunch with SC leaders. The photo went viral and some of the netizens are commenting that KCR has a very different idealogy and also commented that why KCR is having lunch in a steel plate when all the other leaders are eating in the plastic plates.
