Nara Bhuvaneshwari To Receive Golden Peacock Award For Heritage Foods

Hyderabad:  Heritage Foods has bagged Golden Peacock Award for the year 2016. The award was conferred on the private sector enterprise company, which belongs to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s family, for the ‘Excellence in Corporate Governance’ for showing fast growth in dairy, agriculture, retail and bakery space.

The award will be presented on October 18 at the function of ‘’Global Convention on Corporate Governance & Sustainability” to be held from October 17 to 20 at the Millennium Hotel London Mayfair in London. Secretariat General of Golden Peacock Award Vivek Agnihotri invited Nara Bhuvaneshwari, the Managing Director of Heritage Foods and wife of AP CM, to receive the award.

Heritage Foods was selected for this award, which was instituted by the Golden Peacock Awards Secretariat, Institute of Directors (IOD), by the jury headed by former Supreme Court Chief Justice M.N. Venkatachaliah.

The function, which will be attended by Cabinet Minister and Secretary of State for International Development, UK, Priti Patel as the Chief Guest, is a part of IOD India’s ‘16th London ‘Global Convention on Corporate Governance & Sustainability’ and Global Business Meet’ that will witness a distinguished gathering of business leaders.
