15-year-old Caught For Harrasing And Impregnating 12-year-old

A 15-year-old was booked under POCSO Act for impregnating his 12-year-old neighbour.

This came to light after she was ill for some days and her family members had admitted her in the hospital.

The doctors revealed that she is 5 months pregnant. The boy has been abusing the girl for over six months. The girl's mother filed a complaint against the boy. The police registered the case under POCSO Act and the boy was sent to a Juvenile home.
