YSRCP Leaders Arrested For Demanding Implementation Of Loan Waiver Promise For Weavers 

Dharmavaram(Anantapur): YSRCP Anantapur district handloom wing president Beereswami and several other YSRCP leaders were taken into custody in Dharmavaram town of Anantapur district on Thursday for staging a protest demanding the implementation of the promised loan waiver for handloom weavers.

Led by Beeraswami, YSRCP activists entered into a meeting of the handloom officials and demanded that the loan waiver promised to the handloom weavers by Chandrababu Naidu at the time of elections be implemented.

They said on coming to power, Chandrababu Naidu has completely ignored the weavers. The police arrested Beereswamy and others. They were shifted to the local police station.
