We have our deadlines: KK

Senior Congress leader K Kesava Rao on Wednesday met TRS president K Chandrasekhara Rao at the latter's residence to chalk out a joint strategy for the separate Telangana state cause.

After the meeting Kesava Rao told the media that there were no plans to float 'Telangana Front' and said the reports were baseless.

"We are ready to take any decision to achieve Telangana state. We will send a letter to the high command on the Telangana issue soon and will come out with future course of action if it does not announce Telangana state," Kesava Rao said.

When reporters asked about the deadline he set for the Centre, he replied  "we have set deadline for the Center many times but this time we have our own deadlines,".

 Political analysts say that  the Congress leaders want to convince the TRS that they have no intention to float another party in the name of  'Telangana Forum.'  But the actual fact is that though there was some thinking on those lines in the Congress, the leaders got wind that nobody would come in to their fold so late in the day.
