Call for college bandh as MLA beats student

Congress MLA Muthyam Reddy will have to face the wrath of students for his 'high handed behavior' while visiting a college in Hyderabad on Wednesday.

The MLA allegedly thrashed a student from a group of students who stopped him to explain the substandard hostel conditions in Dubbaka degree college in Hyderbad. He also reportedly abused the students.

To protest against the MLA's behaviour student organisations have called for a college bandh on Thursday.
