Tirupati: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, which manages the famous hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala near hear, on Tuesday decided to construct a Rs 18 crore temple of Lord Venkateswara in Hyderabad soon.
TTD Chairman Chadalavada Krishnamurthy, after a monthly board meeting on the hills, told reporters that TTD board took a final decision to build the temple at a 3.7 acre land, donated by a devotee, in Banjara Hills in Hyderabad.
TTD also would build a marriage hall and pilgrims amenity complex close to the ancient shrine of Lord Sri Rama in Vonitimitta in the Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh, he said.
