Former TRS Legislator Kanaka Reddy Dies
Hyderabad: Malkajgiri former MLA Chintala Kanaka Reddy passed way at KIMS hospital here on Saturday. He was undergoing treatment at KIMS Hospital over the past few weeks and breathed his last on Saturday.
Kanaka Reddy contested in 2009 from Praja Rajyam Party and then shifted to TDP. In 2014, he joined TRS and contested from Malkajgiri assembly constituency and won.
Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao condoled his death and extended his sympathies to the bereaved family.
TRS working president K Taraka Rama Rao along with Health Minister Etela Rajendar, Labour Minister Ch Malla Reddy, Excise Minister V Srinivas Goud visited KIMS Hospital and paid their respects. They expressed shock over his sudden demise and extended condolences to the bereaved family.
