Locals Thrash Teenager For Attempting To Tear National Flag 

Hyderabad: At a time when the country is mourning the loss of the 40 CRPF jawans who were martyred in Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir, a 18-year-old boy was caught attempting to rip the National Flag in Hyderabad.

The incident took place at Necklace Road on Saturday and the locals, noticing the same thrashed the youth. The police constables nearby rushed to the spot and took him into custody at the Lake Police Station.

According to the police, the youth was in an inebriated state and attempted to tear the National Flag which was kept at Necklace Road after paying tributes to CRPF soldiers.

Hailing from Mumbai, the youth is a resident of Khairatabad. The police stated that the detained gave inconsistent answers regarding his details because of his drowsy condition.
