TDP Leader CM Ramesh Faces Women’s Ire

Kadapa: Telugu Desam MP CM Ramesh faced the ire of women in Chapadu village during the party's 'Inti intiki TDP' programme, here on Thursday.

As he reached the ZP High School area, women waylaid him and demanded concrete roads in the area as promised during the elections. They said that they would block the programme till roads were laid. The MP requested the women not to shout and state their demands peacefully but they remained adamant. They also demanded wages for work done under the Special Grant scheme of the state government.

TDP's constituency incharge Putta Sudhakar Goud and TDP state secretary Redyam Venkatasubba Reddy were among those who accompanied CM Ramesh during 'Inti intiki TDP' on Thursday.
