Suriya’s Gang Success Tour in Nellore

Nellore: Actor Suriya said that Nellore has a special place in film industry. The Gang hero along with the film unit visited MGB Mall here as part of the success tour of the movie on Tuesday. Suriya interacted with the audience at the theater in the mall and thanked them profusely for making Gang a big success.

Speaking on the occasion, Suriya said he liked Nellore a lot ever since he visited a year back for a movie function. The movie got impressive collections in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry and Vizag, the actor said adding that Gang became a super hit though it faced stiff competition from other big budget movies during the Sankranthi festival season.

Suriya said his next movie will go on the sets in another 10 days. Rakul Preet Singh and Sai Pallavi will play the female leads with Suriya.

Thousands of film lovers thronged MGB Mall to have a glance of the hero who is equally popular in Tamil Nadu and both the Telugu states. When a fan tried to go near the actor, his bouncers pulled him away. However, Suriya stopped the bouncers and allowed the fan to click a selfie with him.
