Student commits suicide over pet dog's death in Anantapur

They say animals are man's best friends.Which is why we count pet one among our family.

We have heard stories of how a pet animal rescued his master/owner. But this one beats all. This is a heart-rending tale of a boy who gave up his life as he could not afford to imagine his life without his pet.

In a shocking incident, a  Class X student Sai allegedly committed suicide after his pet dog died.This incident took place at Roddam in Anantapuram district.

According to reports, Sai was very fond of his pet dog. He would rush home after school hours just to be with his pet and also took utmost care of his dog. It is learnt that the boy decided to end his life unable to digest the fact that his pet was no more.

Soon as the news about his death spread, scores of people began paying his family a visit to offer condolences. The entire district seems shocked by the news.
