Naidu-KTR standoff reaches peak

The war of words between TDP and TRS leaders got intense with the members resorting to verbal attack against each other.

Earlier in the day, TRS MLA KTR launched a venomous attack on TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu inviting him for an open debate over the assets.

Soon after KTR slammed TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu, TDP workers staged a protest at Siricilla condemning the remarks.

KTR supporters too held a protest rally at the same place. Tension prevailed when there was a rift between two party workers.

Police had a tough time controlling the agitated workers. They took into custody 14 TRS men.
