Warangal: Deputy Chief Minister Kadiyam Srihari said that Telangana State Assembly elections will be held earlier if Lok Sabha elections are held in advance. He called on party leaders to gear up for State elections. He went on to say that Panchayat elections will be likely held in July.

A few Telangana party leaders participated in the internal meeting held on Thursday night including Minister A Chandulal, MP’s Banda Prakash, Sitaram Naik, MLAs and MLCs. The discussion centered around the current political scenario and future course of action.

Kadiyam asked the leaders to keep a close watch on the current status of mission Bhageeratha and other prestigious schemes implemented by TRS Government. He also said that only few months were left to campaign if polls were conducted in advance.

“As per latest survey, there's a lot of positive response to the schemes introduced by Telangana government and people are interested in the leadership of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. If the latest survey is anything to go by, TRS government will win 110 Assembly seats,” he said.

He also asked Telangana leaders to win two MP seats and 12 MLA seats and gift them to Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.
