Opposition parties slam TRS government

* Cong, BJP, TDP take out rallies

* BJP tries to enter assembly carrying lanterns
* Black badges, sloganeering mar budget speech

The opposition parties have termed the maiden budget of the TRS government as deeply disappointing. The Congress, BJP and the TDP have said that the budgetary proposals did not address the core issues like the farmers suicides and the power crisis. 

Earlier, the MLAs of the BJP, Congress and the TDP took out separate rallies protesting against the government's failure to address the power and farm sector crisis. The BJP MLAs tried to enter the house holding lanterns to protest the power crisis, but were dissuaded by the security personnel. The TDP MLAs too took out a rally from the NTR Ghat. The Opposition MLAs continued their protests by wearing black badges and raising slogans even as the finance minister continued his speech. Later the opposition, barring the Left and the MIM, staged a walkout.
