In the previous episode, Sharada Devi expresses her regret to Subbu over the accident and says that she wants to do something good for Anu’s future. While she tries to bring up the subject of Anu and Arya’s marriage, Subbu interrupts her and says that he has left Anu’s future in Arya’s good hands.
In today’s episode, Padma asks Sharada Devi and their family to stay for a while and leave after having lunch. Sharada Devi politely declines her request and states the oft-talked about a belief that a marriage alliance will not succeed if they had meal at the host’s house before formalising the alliance.
