Suspense Continues Over Kalki 2898 AD's Release Date 

Rebel Star Prabhas is busy with Kalki 2898 AD, which is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Rumors are doing the rounds that Kalki 2898 AD might get postponed due to its clash with the elections in May. It is being said that there is a delay in the post-production of works as well. 

The makers of the movie have decided to postpone the movie. They will decide upon the new release date soon once Prabhas wraps up the pending shoot in a week. 

Ashwini Dutt who is the producer of the movie. He recently had talks with his distributors and inquired about the best release date post summer. They proposed August 15 as the best date for the film’s release but there are other films in the race, mainly Pushpa: The Rule. 

So far, there is no clarity about the Kalki 2898 AD release date. The film is directed by Nag Ashwin.

Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan and Disha Patani will be seen in other prominent roles. Vyjayanthi Films is the producer.
