Raj Kundra is already under fire for his alleged involvement in a porn film case. Recently actress-model Poonam Pandey also gave her statement regarding this and said that Kundra had blackmailed her.

Raj Kundra is a rich businessman who's known for his flamboyant lifestyle. But he is also popular because he's the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. The Crime Branch of the Mumbai Police arrested Raj Kundra a few days ago for making porn films and distributing them on an app. The issue has opened up a pandora's box for Raj Kundra.

Poonam Pandey recently shared that Kundra had threatened her. She shared that she was threatened by Kundra and that he leaked her phone number in public. They made me sign a contract. I had to shoot for “such” videos and pose for the pictures. They forced me to do this.

I asked them to terminate my contract but instead, they leaked my personal number and put a fake message with it like “Call me now, I will strip for you.” Many people started calling me after that wanting to spend time with me at night. Every day, people would send me inappropriate messages and photos. I had to leave my home in fear.

Even after the contract ended, Kundra and his company did not stop. They kept using my face and my content to make money. The Poonam Pandey app brought much money to them. Kundra denied all these allegations.

What is this about?

Mumbai Crime Branch registered a case in February 2021 over the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some Apps, said Mumbai Police Commissioner, Hemant Nagrale. We have arrested Raj Kundra in this case on Monday as he appears to be the key conspirator in this case. He added that they have sufficient evidence on this and that the investigation is underway.

The case has been booked for allegedly forcing actors to shoot nude scenes for pornographic films. The police stated that these films were streamed on paid mobile applications.
