Rangasthalam Follows Baahubali Footprints To China

Good news to all Telugu audiences and Mega fans. One side, Prabhas starrer Baahubali has released in China and having a dream run at the box office. Now,it looks like, another Telugu film is on its way to China for release. Ram Charan's Rangasthalam which was released last month is all set to take china box office by storm.

If a report doing the rounds in filmnagar circles is anything to go by, then the makers of Rangasthalam are in talks to take this Telugu village drama to china audiences within next two to three months. Rangasthalam which did fantastic business at the worldwide box office will soon have a China release if all goes well. We already informed you that Rangasthalam is  curently in the third position at the foreign box office after the Baahubali series. Now, the film is likely to achieve another milestone by entering the Chinese market. This will be first movie featuring Charan to to woo the Chinese audience. Not only that, Rangasthalam which crossed the $3.5 million mark overseas and Rs 200 Cr at the domestic box office will have a pan-india release and they are dubbed into various languages.

Rangasthalam is a village drama where Charan is seen playing a hearing impaired person. He's paired opposite Akkineni Samantha who plays his love interest in the film. Aadhi portrays Charan's brother along with Prakash Raj and Jagapathi Babu playing baddies.

Rumors doing the rounds suggest that Rangasthalam will be released in China. But, as of now, neither filmmakers or Ram Charan has made any official announcment on the same. If this rumor turns out to be true then Ram Charan, Samantha and other supporting cast will get familiar among the Chinese audiences.
