Hyderabad: The Indian Railways will be implementing new time table which will come in force from July 1. The Northern Railway (NR) has reshuffled the timings of around 267 trains.
The NR zone also introduced two new Tejas Express trains on New Delhi-Chandigarh-New Delhi and the New Delhi-Lucknow-New Delhi routes.
The journey of four trains - Dehradun-New Delhi Nanda Devi Express up to Kota Junction, the Aligarh-Moradabad passenger up to Gajraula, the Ambala-Amb Andaura DEMU up to Daulatpur Chowk and the New Delhi-Ludhiana Shatabdi Express up to Lohian Khas -have also been extended.
The frequency of Allahabad-New Delhi-Allahabad Humsafar Express has also been increased to four days a week, while the New Delhi-Ludhiana-New Delhi Shatabdi Express will now run for two days a week from the previous five days.
The departure timings of 148 trains has also been changed, 93 trains gave been advanced and 55 trains have been postponed.
For the arrival timings, 118 train timings have changed, 57 trains pre-poned, while 61 trains have been postponed.
