Five Killed In Guntur Road Accident

Guntur: Five people including two children and a woman were killed in a horrific road accident near Chilakaluripet in Guntur district, on Monday morning.

As per reports, eleven people were travelling in an SUV that crashed into a stationary lorry near Chilakaluripet. Five of them including the driver died on the spot. The victims, who belonged to Sabbavaripalem at Palakollu in West Godavari district, were returning after having darshan at Tirumala.

The police had a difficult task of extricating the bodies in the front seat and the remaining six injured were shifted to a local hospital nearby. It is said that two of them are in a serious condition.
