Naidu's 'Manasulo Mata' contradicts his actions

TDP president N. Chandrababu Naidu is ambiguous in his speech. He speaks something and means something else. His Book ‘Manasulo Mata’ says that all.

In all the speeches that he has made, he has always maintained that the state must allow new investors to buy land in the state to generate revenue. However, every time other government does the same, he's quick to call them illegal. He's often seen calling land allotments and investments illegal.
When Chandra Babu was in power, he authored a book titled ‘Manasulo Mata’. Let's understand what his cover page story entailedt. In his autobiography, he wrote he had focussed mainly on privatization. Naidu gave away prime properties in Hyderabad to big firms in the name of privatization.
The then chief minister sanctioned sale of 109 acres to Raheja, 2,143 acres land for Vizag Pharma city, 100 acres to Agakhan foundation, 50 for Catalist software and 50 for Infosys, 42 to Microsoft and 30 to Wipro, 30 acres to Computer Associatives at a throwaway price.
Further, he also alloted 80 acres of land to Hitech city, 50 IVRCL, IT park Manikonda 49, Maheswaram Hardware Park 9, IMG Bharath 850, Shamshabad airport 5,500, Gangavaram port 1800, Kakinanda port 354, Krishnapattanam port 2000, Malaysia township 35, Singapore township 80, Emmar properties 535, Daber 1000 and 820 acres to Oriental Cements.
To sum it up, he alloted nearly 26,634 acres of land for different firms. The estimated cost of the total land area would run into nearly Rs.1.6400.420 crores. This was estimated based on the market price during that time. Going by the estimates, if one had to convert the same using the current market value, perhaps even the calculator would find it a big challenge.
Which is why Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy hit out at the Central Bureau of Investigation daring it to inquire into alleged irregularities in land allotments during the Telugu Desam regime. Jagan has often questioned “Why can't the CBI probe Chandrababu's nefarious deals?”
The YSRC president urged the government to probe into the issue. Yet, Babu did not stop at this. During 1995- 2004, he alloted 97,919 acres of land for mining lease. He also gave 259 acres of land on lease for granite company and further extended it to 32,585 acres. And most importantly between 2000-2004, he gave away highly expensive and prime land of 155 acres to Black Galaxy Granite.
Interestingly, Naidu has now began his Vanpic Poru Baata programme and can't stop chanting about the lands which were alloated during the time of YSR!
However, he could not convince the crowd on the land allotted to Vodarevu and Nizampatnam Industrial Corridor (Vanpic) project as everyone are aware of the fact that he himself had allotted thousands of acres at throwaway prices.

The facts can never be changed. In fact, every body in the state know that YSR had fulfilled whatever he had promised before the 2004 elections, including free power, while Chandra Babu failed to do the same.
Yet, Babu has the guts to showcase his double standards and point a finger at YSR while forgetting that the others point towards his misdeeds!
