Naga Chaitanya, Akhil To Have Separate Weddings

Hyderabad: Ending all speculation about marriages of both his sons taking place simultaneously, hero Akkineni Nagarjuna has clarified that two marriages wouldn’t be held at the same time. Nagarjuna said he doesn’t want to forego the happiness that come from the marriage ceremony of both the sons. So Nag will enjoy the marriage function of each son separately.

Nag further clarified that he wouldn’t be a decision-taker on their marriages, but a guide when they seek suggestion. Nagarjuna is now busy with a movie titled ‘Aum Namo Venkateshaya’ being directed by K Raghavendra Rao. Nag is playing Hathiram Baba’s role in the movie.

Nagarjuna is celebrating his 57th birth day this month. On this occasion, he shared his views about his sons with the media.

“Naga Chaitanya and Akhil have chosen their soul mates. Both are going in their own style on career path. However, Akhil is yet to make a mark. That’s why, we’re cautious on his second movie. Probably, we may announce details about Akhil’s next movie in September. Coming to their marriage, I don’t want to perform marriage ceremony for both the sons together as I like to enjoy happiness from each marriage separately.”

Tollywood has been abuzz with news of the big weddings. There are speculations about the relationship between Naga Chaitanya and Samantha doing the rounds in the media.

Akhil Akkineni is believed to have been dating with his long time girlfriend Shriya Bhupal, a fashion designer and daughter of Hyderabad-based Shalini Bhupal.
