MP Kavitha Helps Girl Affected By Bone Cancer, Family Calls Her Messiah

Hyderabad: The parents of Sana who is battling cancer expressed their gratitude to Nizamabad MP K. Kavitha and Dr A. Srinivas Reddy for offering financial aid for the treatment.

Sana's father Abdur Rahman, a resident of Jagtiyal couldn't afford hospital expenses being from a poor family. However, Srinivas reached out to help after he read about the girl through clippings. He admitted the girl at Omni hospital in Hyderabad and deposited Rs50,000. He didn’t stop there but also wrote a letter to the state government and received Rs1.50 lakh from chief minister's relief fund. He then approached MP Kavitha to fund Sana’s further expenses. The MP readily offered help by speaking to the hospital management and paid the remaining expenses .

Abdur's family thanked Srinivas and MP Kavitha for making this Eid special for them by giving their daughter a new life.
