'Mahila Gharjana' adds strength to Samaikyandhra movement

'Laksha Gala Ghosa', and 'Mahila Gharjana'— the two peaceful Samaikyandhra agitation programmes certainly has managed to draw everyone's attention, including that of the Congress High Command.

Thousands of women in Kurnool on Saturday came together—'Mahila gharjana' in an attempt to keep the state united. Women from all walks of life were seen participating in this event raising their voice against division of the Telugu state.

On Saturday, huge number of women were seen participating in an event held in Tadipatri. The woman carried out a rally from Municipal centre to Ashok Pillar circle and formed a human chain. Several women dressed up as a 'Telugu Talli' and 'Bharatha Matha' attracted the crowd.
