He has a huge fan following and critics too. Over the last few days, the maverick and controversial filmmaker has been promoting his short film titled God Sex and Truth which he calls GST. The film will release around Republic Day the same time that Padmaavat is releasing.

Padmaavat is Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie which features Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. The film's release hit a rough patch following protests from the Rajput community over its content. The matter is now solved and the film is all set for release.
