In his master’s service: dog saves man from suicide

Chennai: The loyalty of a pet dog was once again on full display when a dog saved its master from committing suicide.

The dog searched for its master and prevented him from committing suicide

The incident relates to Ravichandran (50), a resident of Valapady in Salem district of Tamil Nadu. Ravichandran left home following differences with his family members. Three days later on Thursday, his pet dog, Beesee, picked his scent and began searching for him. The scent led the dog to a small factory on the outskirts of the village. The happy dog ran to Ravichandran on finding him there.

However, Ravichandran ignored the dog and did not pick it up in his arms as he generally does. Sensing something wrong, the loyal Beesee ran home, woke up Ravichandran’s son Kumar and led him to the factory. Kumar reached just in time to prevent his father from hanging himself. He, then took his father home, accompanied by Beesee.
