Can you imagine this is Pratyusha, who was tortured to no end by her father and step mother and whose tragic story made headlines.This was a pic taken when her mother was alive and everything was hunky dory.   Pratyusha (19)  was tourtured by her step-mother, Chamundeshwari and father C Ramesh for a long time.   Ramesh, an officer in the BSNL and his second wife Chamundeswari thrashed her ad nauseum and was denied food. She was confined to a small room and was forced to do menial jobs at home. Ramesh did not object to step-mother Chamundeswari’s beating and thrashing of Pratyusha   The issue came into light when neighbours alerted the authorities about the inhuman treatment of the girl.       Vasudev Reddy - Sakshi TV
