Man terminates wife's pregnancy, leaves her battling for life

Machilipatnam:  In a shocking incident, a husband has got his 6-month- pregnant wife aborted in utter disregard to her health condition and the consequences of pregnancy termination.This incident which happened in Krishna district, Machilipatnam has left the wife battling for her life.    According to the victim's family and the police, Ramadevi (27) got married to Nagababu five years ago and had two daughters. During her third pregnancy, it was known that it's a baby girl again through scanning.    Unhappy about this, the husband got her aborted on July 13 in a private hospital. Later, on going back home, Ramadevi suffered severe bleeding and was rushed to a government hospital. As her condition was critical, the doctors asked the husband to take her to Vijayawada hospital where her condition turned even worse today.
