Girl Chops Off Hair Of Classmates Over Petty Issue

Rajahmundry: A 10-year-old student cut off the hair of her four classmates while the latter were in a deep sleep in their hostel room.

The girl (name withheld as she is a minor) is staying at AP Social Welfare Residential School at Godi village of Allavaram mandal in East Godavari. The Class 5 has rivalry with four classmates - all girls. On Saturday, when all the students were asleep, she took a pair of scissors and cut off their hair.

The victims realized that their hair was cut on Sunday morning and complained to the school authorities, who on inquiry found that this was the doing of the 10-year-old girl. The school authorities scolded the girl for her behaviour.
