Fatal fall for hawker in Vaikuntam complex

A person was killed at Vaikuntham Queue Complex in Tirumala on Saturday morning when he fell down from atop the complex.

Hawker Gajendra, who was doing his business there without permission, jumped from the window of the complex to escape from a raiding vigilance team.

Seeing the officers, several hawkers tried to flee from the area. Gajendra jumped from a window of the complex and died on the spot.

Police said that the deceased belongs to Ramakuppam village in Chittoor district.

Police registered a case and are investigating the matter.
