Gang Leader Collections Might Dent Saaho Box Office
Natural star Nani might be nervous as his forthcoming flick 'Gang Leader' is left with just one day to see the light of the day. Recently, the film has completed censor formalities and received U/A certificate from censor board officials. Gang Leader will see Nani playing the leader to a gang of woman who are seeking revenge from the villain. Karthikeya Gummakonda will be essaying the negative role in the film which is directed by Vikram Kumar.
Nani’s ardent fans can't wait to witness the story of 'Gang Leader'. Most of his fans have already purchased their tickets for the first day. According to sources, 'Gang Leader' occupancy is believed to be around 60 to 70 per cent in Telugu states. The latest buzz on social media is if 'Gang Leader' will be able to give competition for the Prabhas starrre 'Saaho'. It is a known fact that 'Saaho' continues to have a dream run despite mixed reviews and earned a record price of Rs 400 Cr in less than two weeks. If the ongoing buzz is to be believed 'Gang Leader' collection may dent Saaho box office numbers. It will be possible only if 'Gang Leader' pass the litmus test of audiences.
Directed by Vikram K Kumar, whose previous credits include films like Manam, 24, and Hello!, Gang Leader is his first collaboration with Nani. Gang Leader, also starring Karthikeya and Priyanka Arul Mohan, releases in cinemas on 13 September.
