2020 For RRR, 2019 For Saaho: No Competition For Prabhas

Rebel star Prabhas is enjoying every bit of the mammoth success of Baahubali. He has become extra cautious about choosing his next films. Baahubali released in 2017 since then, Prabhas hasn't released any of his movies. His diehard fans are eagerly waiting for much-talked-about movie 'Saaho'. The movie has been in the news for various news including Prabhas as the lead actor and for other supporting casts.

Is really 2019 Prabhas year? Other movies like 'Sye Raa' and 'Maharshi' are in the race to compete with Saaho. As you all know, 'Saaho' is an expensive film which is being made with a budget of Rs 300 Cr. It is touted to be an action drama consisting of some high octane sequences. The makers want to make this a visual treat, so they have hired international and Hollywood technicians for the action episodes which were shot in Dubai. 'Saaho' is the first movie of Prabhas after the smash hit, Baahubali. One can’t deny the fact that the entire nation is eagerly waiting for 'Saaho'. It is a Telugu feature film but will also be dubbed into Hindi, Tamil, and other languages. 'Saaho' is a pan Indian appeal film and is set to break the language barrier at the box office. So, probably, 2019 would be Prabhas' year to rule the box office. We just can't forget the audience who are the best judge to decide whether the film would have the potential to create a storm at the box office. Right from the launching date, 'Saaho' has created a lot of curiosity amongst the audience and the teasers of the movie received a positive response from several quarters.

Saaho is directed by Sujeeth, who shot to fame with 'Run Raja Run'. Shraddha Kapoor will be seen as the leading lady opposite Prabhas. For the first time, they are coming to woo us with their crackling chemistry. Neil Nitin Mukesh will be seen playing an antagonist along with Jackie Shroff among others also seen in meatier roles.

Back to releases of this year, Chiranjeevi's 'Sye Raa' and Mahesh Babu's 'Maharshi' haven't created much hype in Northern part of India as 'Saaho' did. It remains to be seen, whether 2019 really will be the year of Prabhas or not.
