Director Shankar's dream project 2.0 is likely to put Tamil Cinema on the global map yet again. The film has received mixed reviews in terms of content. The film has succeeded on foreign shores and emerged as the highest grossing film the third place at the American box office. So far, 2.0 has grossed Rs 623.19 crores at the worldwide box office.
