Rajamouli Gets Bumper Offer For RRR From Baahubali Producers
Ace-director Rajamouli's next film tentatively titled RRR is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Even before the film goes for shoot it has created a huge hype amidst the audiences. The film is yet to launch officially and details of the cast are yet to be revealed. Rajamouli's RRR will be produced by DVV Danayya who also produced Superstar Mahesh Babu's Bharat Ane Nenu.
Latest we hear is Baahubali producers are looking forward to joining hands with Rajamouli for the second time. It is learnt that Baahubali producers have offered Rs 100 Cr to DVV Danayya as part of the joint funding but reports suggests that DVV Danayya want to go solo to produce Rajamouli's film and that he is not in a mood to team up with them. On the other hand, Rajamouli's story got leaked that it would repeat the history of 1963 film Krishnarjuna Yuddham, where Jr NTR could be seen as Krishna while Charan as Arjuna. The filmmakers are yet to make an official announcement about the same. The principal shooting of the film will commence by end of November this year.
Till now, Rajamouli has kept RRR film on hold as lead actors Jr NTR and Ram Charan were busy with their prior commitments. Now, Jr NTR is free and is likely to join the film shoot of RRR. While Charan could join the later part of the shoot probably in December. Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad is giving final touches to the script.
