After delivering a power-packed performance in Bharat Ane Nenu, Superstar Mahesh Babu is busy with his next film Maharshi. It is being directed by Vamsi Paidipally and is co-produced by Dil Raju and Prasad V.Potluri.

Maharshi is also the 25th landmark film of Mahesh Babu. Expectations are riding high on this film & if reports are to be believed, Mahesh Babu will be seen playing a college goer in the film. On Mahesh Babu's birthday on August 9th , the makers of Maharshi had released a first look poster from the film. The poster created an immense buzz amongst the movie buffs. Mahesh Babu will be seen sporting a beard-look in the film and his Fans can't wait to watch his new avatar in Maharshi.

Reports says that Mahesh Babu is eyeing to recreate the magic of Baahubali-The Conclusion. A little birdie tells us that Mahesh Babu's Maharshi is likely to be released on April 29. Earlier, there were reports that Maharishi will be released on April 5. The latest buzz on social media circles want to know as to why filmmakers are planning to change release date of the film.

If Maharshi films release on Baahubali release date will it live up to audiences expectations? Well, time can alone tell the answer .Apart from Mahesh Babu, Maharshi also stars Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh in significant roles.
