Day Before Inauguration, Rana Daggubati’s Theater Goes Up In Flames 

Guntur: A major fire broke out at Producer Daggubati Suresh Babu’s Suresh Mahal Theatre in Chirala on Thursday due to an electrical short circuit. The incident took place a day before of the inauguration of the multiplex theater.

The renovation works took nearly two months to convert Suresh Mahal of the Daggubati's family into a theater. Fire began from the A/C room of the theater on Thursday morning. People inside ran out to save their lives. The fire brigade people reached the spot and doused the fire. A loss of over Rs 2 crore estimated. This was the only AC Theater in Chirala with state-of-the-art facilities

The two-screen theater was prepared for inauguration by Rana Daggubati on Friday. The actor’s ‘Nene Raju Nene Mantri' was supposed to be screened in the theater. The movie has been released on Friday.
