Baby Crushed To Death Under School Bus in Shabad 

A 21 month old baby was crushed to death under a school bus in Shabad, of Ranga Reddy district on Monday morning. The police filed a case against the school management for not deputing an attender in the bus for the safety of children.

The baby was identified as Momula Adhya who came to the road with her mother, Lavanya to see off her elder brother Satvik Reddy (4) who is an LKG student.

"On Monday morning, Lavanya came to the school bus with her daughter Adhya to pick up Satvik. While Lavanya was helping Satvik to board the bus, the girl crawled in front of the van. Jangaiah (35) who was the driver started the school bus and crushed her under the left tyre," said M Ravi Kumar, Sub Inspector Shabad police station.

A case of murder has been filed against the driver and Sumedha Montessori School for their negligence.

Satwik was admitted to Sumedha school a week ago by his parents Chandrasekhar Reddy and Lavanya. The couple hails from Gopigadda village.

Ravi Kumar also said that there were over twenty kids in the school bus at the time of incident. Adhya's body was handed over to the family after the autospy.
