CM Kiran kumar Reddy on Delhi visit

Chief Minister, N.Kiran Kumar Reddy is leaving for New Delhi today, a day after more than 24 Ministers put a pressure on him to reject R&B minister, Dharmana Prasada Rao’s letter and not to accord sanction for his prosecution in the wake of CBI charge sheet against him in the Vanpic land issue.

Reddy is expected to meet the party top brass including AICC leaders Ahmed Patel, Ghulam Nabi Azad and Vayalar Ravi to seek advice on the crisis in the party.

Sources said that the primary purpose of the CM’s visit was to discuss the ongoing power crisis with the Prime Minister.
The issue of cabinet reshuffle is also likely to figure in the discussions according to the sources.
