Comedy King Kapil Sharma And Wife Ginny Blessed With Baby Girl

MUMBAI: Comedian Kapil Sharma and wife Ginni Chatrath are now parents to a baby girl. The couple welcomed their first bundle of joy on Tuesday morning.


Kapil on Tuesday took to Twitter to announce that he and his wife have become proud parents to a baby girl. He tweeted, "Blessed to have a baby girl. Need your blessings. Love you all. Jai Mata Di." Take a look at his tweet:

Kapil and Ginni got married in December last year in Jalandhar at a traditional Punjabi ceremony.

Talking to a Mumbai daily about his happiness and care towards his wife and baby, he had said, "I just want to take care of my wife and be by her side for now. We are obviously very excited as it's our first kid but my mother is most excited. She has been waiting for this moment for years now. We are just praying for Ginni and the baby's health."

Last month, the comedian also shot for some advance episodes of The Kapil Sharma Show so he could spend time with Ginni and the baby.
