East Godavari, Danavaipeta, (Rajamahendravaram): YSR Congress party, under the leadership of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, will hold the Samara Shankaravam on March 11 in Kakinada.

The announcement was made at the party meeting held on Friday at Rajamahendravaram by East and West Godavari districts coordinator YV Subba Reddy.

President of Amalapuram Parliamentary District, Pilli Subhash Chandrabose, Presidents for Kakinada and Rajamahendravaram Parliament Districts - Kurasala Kannababu and Kavaru Srinivas along with constituency co-ordinators and other important leaders held talks regarding the preparations for the YSRCP Samara Shankaravam, which is to be held on Monday.

The party leaders also discussed the IT Grid scam during the meeting. In this regard, the YSRCP leaders said, "Chandrababu has collected the personal information of the public in the state in the name of surveys and handed them over to the private firm.

Details of the citizens' Aadhaar number and bank account details are available at the IT Grid, a private company. With the scam coming out in the open, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and his son Nara Lokesh are in fear. TDP is portraying the scam as a problem of the two states to divert people's attention."

The meeting was attended by former minister Pinipe Viswarup, party state program coordinator Thalasila Raghuram, former MLAs Dwarapudi Chandrasekhara Reddy, Rautu Surya Prakash Rao, youth wing State president Jakkampudi Raja, Rajamahendravaram Parliamentary Coordinator Bharat, Various constituencies Coordinators Chelluboina Venu, Davuluri Dorababu, Akula Verraju, Ponnada Satish, Jyothula Chantibabu, Parvata Prasad, Bontu Rajeshwar Rao, Party State Secretary Kari Paparayudu, Regional Polling Booth Convener BVR Chowdary, and District Official Representative Sabela Krishna Reddy participated in the meeting.

The campus area was observed in Kakinada.
