YS Jagan Apprises Governor Narsimhan Of Malpractices In AP Voters List  

Hyderabad: Leader of Opposition in Andhra Pradesh assembly and YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, apprised Andhra Pradesh Governor ESL Narsimhan of massive malpractices in electoral rolls in the state. He brought to the notice of the Governor bogus votes to the tune of more than 59,00,000 votes in the state. YS Jagan also informed the Governor that all these facts had been brought to the notice of the Central Election Commisssion.

YS Jagan said that the AP Governor was informed how fake surveys were being conducted by the TDP government in the name of real time governance, Parishkara Vedika and other organisations. YS Jagan informed the Governor that it is the Chandrababu government which is conducting these surveys using such organisations, identifying YSR Congress Party workers and getting their names deleted.

The YSRCP chief also apprised Governor Narsimhan about the misuse of police department to influence the conduct of elections.

When asked about Chandrababu Naidu's Delhi protest or Deeksha, YS Jagan described as a mockery. He compared it to a murderer protesting for justice to the victim. The YSRCP chief said that Chandrababu is squarely responsible for AP not getting Special Category Status. It was the AP chief minister who questioned in the assembly as to what had states which got Special Category Status (SCS) achieved. YS Jagan reminded the media that it was Chandrababu who said that SCS was no Sanjeevini. It was the AP chief minister who settled for a Special Package and commended Arun Jaitley, along with his other TDP MPS AND cabinet colleagues. It was the TDP led by its supremo which was all praise for BJP government.

In the 4 years which Chandrababu spent as an ally of the BJP, he never mentioned Special Category Status, YS Jagan observed. Now, the TDP supremo does a complete U-turn and wears a black shirt criticising the Centre for injustice to AP, which is like the devil quoting scriptures, the YSRCP chief pointed out.
