Vijayawada: Justice has now finally dawned after a long fight said Madakasira YSRCP MLA Thippe Swamy. He called this as the first step towards the success in 2019 general elections for the YSRCP party in Andhra Pradesh after taking oath as MLA in the Speaker’s office on Wednesday morning .

Later Thippe Swamy addressed the media in Vijayawada and said that TDP has not fulfilled at least one assurance given to the constituency. He added that in the term of late Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy the Handri Neeva works was completed by 80% but Chandrababu could not complete that remaining 20%. Thippe Swamy said “ I will pressurize the government for Handri Neeva water.

YSRCP MLA Adimulapu Suresh said it is because of the Supreme Court’s intervention, justice was possible in this case. He added that government has not taken any action in the past four and half years over the issue and the downfall of the Chandrababu’s government has started. He added that Chandrababu Naidu has demeaned democracy by making the opposition 23 MLAs who switched parties to TDP as ministers.

YSRCP Vijayawada Parliament President Samineni Udayabhanu said that people are ready to teach Chandrababu Naidu a lesson. He further added that Chandrababu, who is involved in the vote-for-note case and corruption in the capital construction, will face the wrath of the people.

Former MLA Malladi Vishnu said that similar to the verdict in Thippe Swamy’s case, a verdict is going to be delivered soon regarding the 23 YSRCP MLAs who switched over to the TDP and this judgment will be an eye-opener to the AP Assembly Speaker and TDP. Thippe Swamy was declared as the MLA of Madakasira in the 2014 elections, as sitting MLA K Eranna of TDP was disqualified by the court for not disclosing the cases filed against him in the affidavit.
