YSRCP To Find The Truth About Illegal Mining

Guntur: YSR Congress party (YSRCP) leader Kasu Mahesh Reddy said that the party's truth and reconciliation commission would discover the reality in the illegal mining case by touring Gurajala tomorrow.

Speaking to media here today, Mahesh Reddy said that Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MLA Yarapatineni Srinivasa Rao was trying to force his supporters to accept criminal charges on his behalf. "Why are the police trying to stop YSRCP's truth and reconciliation commission from finding the truth?" he asked.

YSRCP official spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said that the TDP leaders were involved in illegal mining of limestone worth Rs 290 crores. He added that everyone was aware of the TDP MLAs' involvement in illegal mining. The TDP leaders were scared after the High Court ordered an investigation into the case, he observed.
