YSRCP regrets fruitless sessions in Assembly

The YSR Congress Party is disappointed with the manner in which the precious time of the Assembly was wasted during the five-day monsoon session.

After drawing the attention of the government towards the problems faced by the public, the YSRCP honorary president YS Vijayamma requested the members to focus on solving people's problems rather than creating a hue and cry over other issues.

This message was put across by Vijayamma herself on the first day of the monsoon session. However, none of the ministers who attended the Assembly session seem to have taken it seriously.

This indifference of the government towards people's problems has disappointed the YSRCP in a big way. In order to express their dissatisfaction over the proceedings of the House, the YSRC party MLAs apologised to the public over the wasted sessions.
YSRCP MLAs Bhumana Karunakar Reddy and Srinivasulu expressed displeasure over the government's inability to make any headway in any of the problems plaguing the state. The five-day session was conducted without any constructive bussiness being transacted, according to the YSRCP leaders, who also accused the government of conspiring with the opposition. They also said that  the speaker too favoured the government's move.

They further added that it's now up to the public to take action against the inactive government and opposition.
