YSRCP rebuffs TDP claims, says will attain majority in Andhra

Exuding unflinching confidence that it will obtain good majority in the Seemandhra assembly polls and form the first government, YSRCP said here today that people are seeking the leadership of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and looking forward for him to lead them as Chief Minister.

Addressing reporters, party leaders Vasireddy Padma, MVS Nagi Reddy and OV Ramana asserted that the mind games being played by TDP leaders on people will fall flat and prove wrong by tomorrow’s results

“TDP leaders are basking in the falsified glory that they have successfully played a mind game on people. But Seemandhra assembly results will totally block their minds,” Padma said, asserting that the people’s judgment tomorrow will be a historic one.

She said Jagan Mohan Reddy has been with the people for the last four years and is going to fulfill their aspirations. “People want him to become the CM and their dream is going to be realized tomorrow as the results will be out. It will also be proved beyond any doubt that people are solidly behind the YSR family,” she asserted.

MVS Nagireddy asked party cadres not to be provoked and misled by the TDP leaders’ false statements on votes polled in the MPTC and ZPTC elections. “Excluding the votes polled in Vizianagaram, EG and WG districts, YSRCP polled more votes than TDP in the rest of the districts in the ZPTC polls. In fact, we can’t compare the Municipal and ZPTC polls with the assembly elections,” he said and added: “We are going to win majority seats in Seemandhra assembly and Jagan Mohan Reddy is going to become the CM. National channels have also confirmed this through their surveys.”

Party spokesman O.V.Ramana strongly echoed similar feelings that tomorrow’s results will prove wrong the TDP-promoted survey results propagated by former Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal.
