YSRCP leader Raghuram to seek SC's guidance on state bifurcation

YSRCP leader K. Raghuram Krishnamraju once again to knock the doors of the Supreme Court on the state division.

Speaking to reporters in Hyderabad, the YSRCP leader said that he will approach the Supreme Court against the bifurcation in few days as he found fault with the several proposals that are included in the Telangana draft bill.
He said that he will urge the apex court to give clarity on Article 371(D). He is to seek the Supreme Court’s opinion on whether the State could be divided without necessitating amendments to some Articles of the Constitution.
